BATMA Board member and employer partner, Mike Lawings of Wellpoint, was awarded the Association for Commuter Transportation’s National Leadership Award for his outstanding contributions to transportation demand management.

BATMA Board Member and partner, David Allman, founder and chairman of Regent Partners was awarded the GDOT’s Commissioner’s Award at the 2007 PACE Award Ceremony.

PACE Award Winner, 2007
BATMA employer partner, RSUI, was awarded the 2007 medium size business PACE Award for their outstanding commute options program.

Member Tishman Speyer Properties was awarded the Pace Award for property management by the Clean Air Campaign for their efforts to work with BATMA to establish a commute options program.

Member Mike Lawings with Wellpoint was awarded the Pace Setter award for his outstanding efforts to develop alternative commute programs at his worksite and achieving a 51% participation rate.

BATMA was awarded the Trail Blazer Award by MARTA for our outstanding sales, service and support of MARTA.

Pace Award, 2004
Member Equity Office Properties was awarded the Pace Award for property management by the Clean Air Campaign for their efforts to work with BATMA to establish a commute options program  Breathe Easier.

Employee Transportation Champion, 2003
Board member, Aileen Almassy, with Equity Office properties was awarded the Employee Transportation Champion award by the Association for Commuter Transportation for her efforts to launch commuter programs at the Prominence building in Buckhead.

Board Leadership Award, 2003
BATMA Chairman, Bob Stoner, was awarded the Board Leadership award by the Association for Commuter Transportation for his significant contributions to support and lead BATMA.

Pace Award, 2003
Board member Cousins Properties, led by Linda Beauchamp, was awarded the Pace Award for Property Management by the Clean Air Campaign for the company’s outstanding efforts to work with multiple TMAs in the Atlanta area to promote alternative transportation. 

Golden Flame, 2002
BATMA's public relations agency received the Golden Flame Award from the International Association of Business Communicators for efforts conducted to increase public awareness of the organization's 2002 Smog Season Initiatives.   The campaign generated more than $24,000 in ad value and more than 7 million impressions within a 24-hour period.

BATMA and the Buckhead Community Improvement District were recognized by Pedestrians Educating Drivers on Safety for efforts to improve pedestrian safety.

Green Leaf Award, 2002
BATMA was recognized by Clean Cities-Atlanta for its outstanding contributions to the development of alternative fuel programs in Atlanta in 2002
