Guaranteed Ride Home
BATMA is proud to partner with the Atlanta Regional Commission’s RideSmart to provide the Guaranteed Ride Home (GRH) Program to Buckhead commuters. The Guaranteed Ride Home program provides a safety net for those who use alternative forms of transportation and gives commuters the peace of mind to leave their car at home.
The Guaranteed Ride Home program (GRH) provides commuters who carpool, vanpool, walk, bike or take transit to work with up to five free taxi rides home or to their car in the event of one of the following emergencies:
- You, your immediate family member, or your commute partner(s) become ill
- You or your commute partner(s) have to work mandatory unscheduled overtime
- You or your commute partner(s) have to leave work early
For a commuter to be eligible to use the Guaranteed Ride Home Program, they must have arrived at their worksite using a mode other than driving alone and be enrolled in the Guaranteed Ride Home program.
